  1. I changed my number. And ever since I keep getting calls and texts from payday loans for the previous person who had my number. This is 3 to 5 times a day. I ask them to remove me from their list. They say yes but keep calling anyway. How do I get them to stop.

  2. My disabled mental restarted man child went out (i guess to everyone that would lend him money on his disability check. From what I understand lots) hundreds in telephone book. They contacted him through courts. We just want this to end have no idea how many who? We no longer can live . Can they take his disability check leave him homeless? Please help!

  5. I work for a payday loan company. I am trained to FOCUS on collecting money from you NO MATTER HOW BROKE YOU ARE.
If you are 14 days past due, I MUST contact you 72 times in those 14 days you’re late. This includes calls to your home, work, your alternate contact numbers: your cell phone and any other phone numbers you gave me on your original payday loan application.
This “72” does not include calls I make to the reference numbers of your friends and family that you listed on your original application. My employer considers these “extra attempts.”
I’m trained to make your life HELL! And I will…

  6. We were left without food after the company emptied our bank account. My husband had lost his job, soy were unable to keep up with payments. We have no food or anything as they took every penny. I offered them a payment every week but was told it wasn’t good enough.

  7. I have 3 outstanding payday loans. I’m behind on all of them. I get 3 – 5 phone calls every day. I receive 5 – 10 text messages. I get at least 3 – 4 emails every day. All from collectors.

I’ve been trying to pay them off but I’m getting nowhere. They’ve drained my bank account twice.

They are calling my work now! My boss is getting pissed off!

How do I begin? I’m willing to pay the loan principals but not all these crazy fees they are adding. I need some kind of payment plan and I need them to stop raiding my checking account.

Please send me your book! Thank you!!
